ABOUT THE BOARD

Wood is our preferred choice for cutting boards because it’s easier on your knife blade, naturally antiseptic and beautiful. 

The board is made from one large slab of locally-sourced, all-natural ambrosia hard maple. It is truly one of a kind, built to last and made in our workshop in Upstate New York to highlight the wood’s natural beauty and exhibit its unique grain, knots and veining.

It is sealed with our proprietary blend of Rosemary & Lemon Wood Butter. Made in small batches with food-safe mineral oil, organic beeswax and organic essential oils. Plus, you’ll receive a FREE 1 ounce sample size of the wood butter for ongoing care of your new board!

Care instructions: Wipe clean and air dry after each use. Store flat to avoid warping. Periodically apply our wood butter as needed with a clean cloth and buff for a stunning finish. Darkening with age is natural and expected.
