Refund policy
We sincerely want you to be pleased with your purchase.
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to find a solution (replace, mend or return for a refund). Please note, custom orders are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you.
Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All sale items are final and non-refundable.
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
