Meet Us
Rosella Woodworks is a small family-owned business in Upstate New York, founded by Tyler Zink. What started as a hobby making special pieces of furniture that brought more warmth and beauty into our home, has turned into much more as he sought to hone his craft.
In his time outside of the workshop, Tyler is also a firefighter and paramedic for the City of Albany who loves to hike the Adirondacks and other local trails.
Tyler’s partner in crime, Ashley Zink, has crafted Rosella’s marketing and makes the small batch wood butter that we put on all of our charcuterie and cutting boards.
Fun Fact: The company name is inspired by our daughter, Ella Rose. She’s daddy’s resident shop helper who loves to help him measure, hammer and organize small wood cutoffs from her miniature workbench.
We also have two furry pals, Iagan and Maddox who love to hang out by the breezy shop fans!
Supporting Local Business
As a family business ourselves, we strive to source as much of our wood as possible from local mills within approximately 60 miles of our workshop in Upstate New York.
Most of the wood used for our boards and custom tables is Maple, Walnut or Cherry, but we also stumble on exotic varieties now and then so please inquire here as to what is in stock if you are looking for something custom.
Thank You
Thank you for visiting our online shop and supporting us!
We hope you love your new charcuterie board, cutting board, shelf or custom table.
